Consistent and reliable service

I've been with Simyo for a few years now, and I just renewed my Sim Only plan, upgrading my internetbundel this time. What I appreciate most is their consistency. Every time I've renewed or changed my plan, it's been a smooth process, just like this last one. I've used their dataplafond feature before, which is great for not going over, and it always works as advertised. The network quality is always good, never had any issues with coverage, which is a big plus for me since I travel a bit within the Netherlands. It's why I keep coming back; they just deliver on what they promise.

Good Sim Only plan

I ordered a Sim Only plan last week. Setup was easy. Got the e-sim working fast. Data speeds are good. Happy with the service.

Decent service, minor hiccup

I switched to Simyo for a Sim Only plan with 5G internet. The data speeds have been consistently good, and the coverage on the KPN network is solid. Number porting from my old provider went smoothly, which was a relief. The only small issue I had was with activating the eSIM; it took a couple of tries to get it to register correctly. Customer service was helpful when I called, but it would have been nice for it to just work the first time. Overall, I'm satisfied with the value for money.

Easy switch, no fuss

So, I finally decided to ditch my old provider and give Simyo a shot. Heard good things from a friend. I just got a Sim Only plan, nothing fancy, just wanted something reliable. The whole process of ordering online was super straightforward, like, really easy. My new simkaart arrived pretty quick too, took about 3 days to get here. Getting my number behoud was no problem at all, which was a relief since I've heard horror stories from other places. So far, everything's been working perfectly, no drop calls or slow internet. It's just a solid mobile provider, exactly what I needed without any drama.

Anyone know how long it takes for a new phone order to arrive? Looking at a Galaxy S24, but need it kinda quick.

Mine came within 2-3 business days when I ordered an iPhone last year. They're usually pretty fast. Ordered on a Monday, got it Thursday.

Pretty sure it's 1-3 working days. Depends on when you order, if it's before a weekend it might take a bit longer. But yeah, usually quick.

Thinking of switching to Simyo for a new iPhone 15. How's their network coverage, especially if I'm out near Eindhoven a lot?

T Todd Patel 2 months ago
Simyo uses the KPN network, so coverage should be solid. I'm in Breda and never have issues, even when I travel around Brabant.

Yeah, it's KPN, so pretty much as good as it gets in NL. You'll be fine in Eindhoven, I think it's one of the best networks.
